In agile the whole team is responsible and we want to have early feedback...
Thus we have to make the shift left and do more unit testing. How can we make unit testing (and code quality in general) a team effort? What are the responsibilities that have to be set up and how do these responsibilities map to the different roles.
But most of all: let's make testing a team effort!!
