Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions refer to services of the AgileTD Zone, including online events such as paid-for workshops, free webinars, panels and other online community events. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

Live Online Workshops

Cancellation Policy

​

Tickets for online workshops are non-refundable. However, upon notice the registrant is eligible to get access to the recordings and workshop notes after the event, should a live attendance not be possible. Notifications must be given in writing to info@agiletd.zone, at least 12 hours prior to the event.

In case the organizers cancel the event or change the date, the registrant shall not be entitled to any damages whatsoever other than the refund of the price paid. In case of a cancellation, the credit/debit card will be refunded, that has been used for the initial payment.

Interpretation

 

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

 

 

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

• Country refers to: Berlin, Germany

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to trendig technology services GmbH, Kleiststr. 35, 10787 Berlin, Germany.

• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.

• Service refers to the Website.

• Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service. This Terms and Conditions agreement has been created with the help of the Terms and Conditions Generator.

Termination
