This talk by Sergio Freire was supposed to be held at the Agile Testing Days USA 2022 conference in Chicago. However, due to health issues, Sergio was not able to deliver his talk in person but he recorded his talk and we're happy to share it with you. In this talk, he will speak about how visibility can increase the quality of software testing.

How much inconspicuousness do you have in your organization, teams, and processes? Are you even aware of those inconspicuous areas? Do you know that they can affect quality in testing? Acknowledging and unveiling these blind spots in the way teams are organized, use/adopt technology or interact with other teams, will increase collaboration, trust, quality, and speed of delivery. Do you have siloed teams? Do you need to check several tools to get the overall status of the project? These and more issues will get uncovered and addressed. Sergio will go over the basic foundations you need to have in place.
