Pair testing is a software testing practice in which more than two members work together on the same feature at the same time on the same computer with continuous exchange of ideas and feedback. Pair Testing is the best way for mentoring and training new team members. It also reduces dependence on a person as the other person has good knowledge of the work done. Elizabeth will describe her experience learning how to pair test with the other testers on her team.
