Session abstract:
A common approach to DevOps seems to be to merge development and operations, remove existing roles and rebrand them to software- and ops-engineer, combined with the introduction of continuous integration and continuous deployment. Not only does this usually mean taking out the testing role it usually also reduces testing to automated testing. Jean-Paul wants to replace this (simplistic) view on DevOps by introducing the following elements:
1. Continuous planning
2. Continuous collaboration
3. Continuous integration
4. Continuous testing
5. Continuous deployment
6. Continuous monitoring
7. Continuous feedback and improvement
