Speak Easy, founded by Fiona Charles and Anne-Marie Charrett, is a volunteer organization that works to improve gender diversity at tech conferences, and helps new speakers find their voices. We match newbies to experienced speakers who can mentor them, and we partner with conferences to find great speaking opportunities for new voices.
